Pam Dennehy
MCSP HCPC (neurological specialist)
Trained at St Thomas' Hospital and qualified in 1982. She has specialised in the treatment of people with neurological conditions for many years, working at Barts and The London Hospital as well as the rehabilitation settings of Headley Court, Harrowlands and Queen Elizabeth's Foundation. She has run her own private practice since 1995 treating people in their own homes, working for the MS society and looking after people with long term disabilities at The Grange in Bookham. In her spare time Pam enjoys cycling and water sports.
Sue Maddox
(Musculoskeletal Specialist)
Graduated from St Thomas' hospital in 1981. She worked in the Joint Replacement Unit at the Old Dorking Hospital gaining experience in the treatment of a variety of orthopaedic conditions. Sue also worked in the day hospitals at Dorking and at the Poplars, Epsom allowing her to gain an in depth knowledge of elderly rehabilitation. For many years she worked privately, specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. She has used these skills to work with the elderly in nursing homes and domestic settings. She gained an MSc in Health Sciences in 2004. Sue’s hobbies include cycling, walking, training her 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs as well as very slowly building a Tudor dolls house
Lucy Saxton
(MCSP HCPC (neurological specialist))
Graduated from The Middlesex Hospital in 1980 and worked at St Thomas' and Guys Hospitals with a wide range of conditions before deciding to work with people with neurological problems. She gained valuable experience in this field whilst working at the Wolfson Centre, Unsted Park Rehabilitation Centre and Queen Elizabeth's Foundation. An exciting opportunity arose when Lucy was selected as a physio volunteer for the 2012 Paralympics. For many years she has worked independently in the community and has built up a busy caseload combining her comprehensive neurological skills with care of the elderly.
Hannah Nkonko
(MCSP HCPC (Elderly Rehabilitation and Learning Disabilities Specialist)
Graduated from The University Of Wales College of Medicine in 2002. She started her career at Epsom General Hospital and then subsequently at St Georges Hospital, working for 5 years across a range of specialties to gain a good grounding and range of skills. She then transferred to Wandsworth Community Services, specialising as a senior physiotherapist in older community rehab and learning disability community rehab. Since 2014 she has been working as a private community physiotherapist treating older people and adults with a learning disability with 1:1 and group sessions. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys swimming, walking and time with the family.
